Out of State Delivery:

WE DO NOT SHIP LIQUOR OUT OF NEW YORK STATE. It is illegal in the state of New York to ship liquor outside of state lines. Wine can be shipped depending on the state laws of the destination state.

If you place and order for shipment after 5:00pm the package will go out for shipment the following day.

An order placed on Saturday will be shipped Monday morning when UPS begins picking up again.

Shipping Charges may vary depending upon location and amount ordered.

You must be available to sign for your package. UPS will attempt to deliver 3 times before sending the package back. We will re-ship it to you with additional shipping charges.

You must be of legal drinking age to sign for the package.

 

Local Delivery:

Local Deliveries are made for purchases over $50. Please call the store at 585-377-1860 for this option and an employee with help you.

There will be a $5 delivery charge for any local delivery. 

 

Gift Wrapping and Messaging:

We will gladly gift wrap and include a message with your order; please email JanelleS@gmail.com with the message you would like included directly after placing your order to make sure it is included.

If you choose to purchase online from Lisa's Liquor Barn, you will be required to provide a credit card for billing purposes. Lisa's Liquor Barn does not keep any credit card numbers on file.

At any time you can view your user profile by logging in and changing user information yourself.  You can change your name, address, telephone number, email address, account password and subscribe or unsubscribe to our e-newsletter. 

You can view your previous transactions with spiritmerchants.com, by visiting your order history page. 

Upon your request, we will deactivate your user profile including you name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, telephone number and order history from our active database.

 

Exchanges and Returns:

Due to New York State liquor laws, WE ARE NOT LEGALLY ALLOWED TO PROCESS EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. We still wish to give you the best service possible so please contact the store with any problems and we will do our best to assist you.
