Grape Varietal: 100% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso

Tasting Notes: Old autochtonous wine of Friaul, very popular in the whole region. Intensive scent, vinous, with touches reminding of wild blackberries. Strong flavour, lively, typically tanninous and pleasently plain.

Food Pairing: Fatty meat, sausages, matured cheese.
