Woodinville Applewood Staves Finished Bourbon 750Ml

Woodinville has added toasted Applewood staves to their completely matured 5-year-old straight bourbon whiskey. Along with the usual bourbon flavors of rich caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean, this Applewood "finishing" process adds depth and richness with smells of apple and berry on the nose and palate. The finish is sweet and lingers for a while.
