A beautiful Cotes du Rhone made up of Grenache and Syrah. Soft, supple, with velvety tannins. Even Mats was impressed! Sage and dried cranapples on the nose; this was velvet. Cocoa powered, overly ripened strawberries with a touch of white pepper and mulberries. Dry, smooth, and perfect for the holidays. Serve this with coq a vin, roasted squash with polenta, or a smoked Brie cheese.
