Ingredients:
• 2 oz Blended Scotch Whiskey
• .5 Ginger liquer
• 3 spoonfuls Honey water (3 Honey to 1 water)
•.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
•.25 oz Islay single-malt scotch
• 1 piece candied ginger
Instructions:
1. Add the blended scotch, juice, and syrup to a shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. Top with the single malt scotch 4. Garnish with 1 piece of candid ginger
