Clayton Apple Pie Shine 750Ml

These are very smooth but are milder and more flavorful versions of the 101 proof originals. First we ferment a mash of grain and distill it to a high proof. We then add 100% natural homemade lemonade (made from the lemons we use in our Limoncello), fresh New York State cherry juice, apple juice and apple cider. At 50.5 proof these are very drinkable straight from the bottle. Chilled, over ice or with a splash of seltzer these make an excellent summer (or anytime) drink. Lemonade Shine and Cherry Shine are great mixed with unsweetened iced tea also.
