Wilderness Trail Family Reserve Cask Strength is a limited-edition bourbon whiskey from Kentucky. It is made from a mash bill of corn, wheat, and malted barley and aged for 5 years 1 month in new, #4 charred American oak barrels. The whiskey is bottled at cask strength, meaning it is bottled at the same strength it was when it was put into the barrel. This whiskey has a deep amber color and a nose of caramel, oak, and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with notes of vanilla, toffee, and baking spices. The finish is long and smooth, with a hint of oak and spice.
