Aged in former whisky barrels of American oak to achieve only a light touch of wood. Balance of fruit, florals and spicy flavors. Very pleasant earthy tones with light touch of close, mint and bay leaf. Very clean and crisp with a delicate finesse. Oak influence is very light.
