A masterful collaboration between two whisk(e)y legends; Legent Yamazaki Cask Finish Blend is expertly distilled by Fred Noe, seventh-generation Master Distiller of Jim Beam, bourbon's pioneering family, and artfully blended by Shinji Fukuyo, Chief Blender of Suntory, the founding house of Japanese whisky. Starting as Kentucky straight bourbon aged for 8 years in Kentucky, this limited edition bourbon then traveled to the outskirts of Kyoto for finishing and blending at the Yamazaki Distillery. Bottled at 114-proof, this unique blend is comprised of a selection of bourbon aged in French oak wine casks and Spanish Oak sherry casks as well as a selection of bourbon aged in Spanish oak sherry casks that were previously used to mature Suntory’s Yamazaki Single Malt Whisky.
