Since 1889 the land at Kilfountan Farm in County Kerry, Ireland, has been worked by our family. Old Kilfountan is an Irish-style Pot Still Whiskey. It is distilled from a fermented mash of New York State barley, malted barley and oat. Aged in re-used bourbon casks, it has distinctive spice notes and a delicate texture.
