Montenegrin Cabernet is a premium red wine, made of the variety Cabernet. The best properties of cabernet and complementary variety Vranac have been expressed in the wine. Dark red color with rich extract, complex and pleasant aroma, reminiscent of violet, luxurious and harmonious taste. Soft tannins enriching the wine, give it fullness and round the pleasant taste of blackberry and black currant, backed up with vanilla undertones. It is the variety which adapted very fast to the conditions of rocky Ćemovsko field. A great number of sunny days with average sunshine of 8,2 h, with irrigation in summer months give the grapes of which the high quality wine is produced. It is served at 16-18°C. It is recommended with the dishes of red, not so fatty meat, with fatty river or lake fish,with white meat as well as with the cheese of not so strongly expressed smell.
