Aged three months in Ole Smoky’s whiskey barrels created a noteworthy flavor profile. Chewy tannins and meaty notes off the grill are as powerful as they are charismatic. Brown-sugared beets, sweet woodsy notes, and tobacco are a nod to the barrels and the whiskey. The grapes reveal a spiced black cherry which adds to a memorable and lengthy finish.
