Winery Notes: The majority of our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes come from Knights Valley in Sonoma County and Clear Mountain in Lake County. Knights Valley is a premier location for growing Cabernet, contributing bright cherry fruit to the blend. In Lake County, Cabernet Sauvignon thrives on the hillside vineyards and volcanic soil, producing concentrated fruit with dense, jammy aromas.

Tasting Notes: Rich aromas of chocolate and spice open to flavors of ripe black cherry and currant. The wine is round and silky on the palate. Aging for 10 months in French and American oak barrels gives it notes of vanilla, nutmeg and clove.
