The 2020 Gevrey-Chambertin Village has a little more intensity and lifted compared to the Clos du Château, a touch more mineralité too. The palate is very well balanced, quite juicy and ripe but over excessively. Dark berry fruit laced with spice and it fans out wonderfully on the finish. Lovely. Rated 95 Points Lisa's Staff.
