2016 Bocelli Tenor Red 750Ml

An almost equal blend of cabernet, merlot, and sangiovese from low yield, hand harvested vineyards (one bottle per vine). Ten percent of the sangiovese is appassimento to intensify the rich aromas of bright cherry, cassis, sage and cocoa. The other grapes are harvested at the peak of ripeness. The wine goes through a light maceration and only a small percentage sees time in oak, yielding a fruit forward, full-bodied wine with a long finish with notes of tobacco and black fruit.
