Dark garnet in color, the wine opens with flowers, kirsch, herb de Provence, and cherries. Vibrant, spicy and fresh, with loads of kirsch and plums on the palate and in the rich, yet elegant finish. Time in the cellar will help add depth, complexity and softness to this wine, allowing it to flesh and expand. The wine is a blend of 80% Grenache and various other AOC allowed grape varieties.
