Renaissance Man and farmer Guinness McFadden has been producing world renowned Chardonnay in Mendocino California for over 40 years. His vineyards are farmed organically and with much focus on the terrior. The vineyards are divided into block after block, each with a different micro-climate, and each farmed with individual technique designed, by Guinness, to best showcase its strengths and diminish its weakness. Until very recently the fruit of his labor went into the finished product of others, most notably, Chateau Montelena.

California Chardonnay for sure, apples, pears, and peach blossoms lead the charge and are re-enforced by bright acid.
