Rich and silky, Creme de Lys Chardonnay is perfect for sipping, either with friends over good conversation or while simply relaxing at the end of the day. Our winemaker, Jason Dodge, chose vineyards that yield vibrantly fruity Chardonnay grapes. He then developed the wine's golden hue and creamy, complex style with barrel fermentation, malolactic fermentation and gentle stirring during sur lie aging. Lush, fruity aromas lead to beautifully balanced flavors, with juicy pineapple, citrus and apple expression adding liveliness to the textured palate. French oak added warm vanilla tones to the aromas and the lingering creme brulee finish.
