2017 Vajra Langhe Riesling 750Ml

Aldo Vajra is THE pioneer of Riesling for the Langhe region, having grown passionate about it at University and subsequently planting the first selections in 1985.  Based off 3 different clones and aged in 100% stainless allowing the grape to show its true colors.  Oh yes, the petrol is there, along with lime zest, pomelo, plantain, tart Granny Smith apples, peach, lemon blossom, and there’s a very precise acidity at the end cutting through the lightly oily texture.
