Our 2020 Sauvignon Blanc grapes were separated at harvest, with a portion going into our large-format French Oak fermenter, and the remainder being processed in stainless steel. Blended together to create the final product, our Fumé Blanc is bright and fruit forward, with a crisp dry finish.
