The 2022 Estate Sauvignon Blanc bursts from the glass with a lively combination of lemon cream, lime zest and jasmine blossom on the nose. The palate is laced with vibrant acidity, showcasing delicious flavors of tropical kiwi fruit, ripe citrus and honeydew melon. This wine was fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel to highlight the primary Sauvignon Blanc aromatics and capture the bright, citrusy mineral notes. Produced from 3 three clones of Sauvignon Blanc and a dash of Semillon the blend adds texture and depth to the palate and accentuates the inviting fruit/floral notes of this complex wine.
