Tasting Notes: This structured Fiano di Avellino comes from a single estate-owned vineyard called Campore and belongs to the winery’s Grand Reserve Collection. The 74 acre vineyard sits on a hillside about 500 meters above sea level with a perfect exposure to the sun, thus ensuring excellent ripeness and refreshing acidity. Structurally rich and aromatic, straw-like yellow in color with golden reflections, the bouquet is complex and elegant with aromas of ripe fruit, from pear to citrus, and with hints of honey, acacia flowers and vanilla. It is rich and ripe in the mouth with good length. It will improve in the bottle for up to 3 years. Enjoy it particularly with risotto, seafood and elaborate fish dishes.
